Selection Process

a). The recruitment of Programme Coordinators will be conducted in three phases which are as follows :
Phase 1. Prelim Screening : CV Evaluation + IQ Test + Rapid Interview / Personality Test (Max 10 mins each)

Phase 2. Centralised Final Screening:
1) Comprehensive SRT (Situation Reaction)
2) Group Discussions
3) Planning / War-gaming / Brainstorming
4) Individual Projects (to test Aptitude / Imaginative & Innovative Ideas / Intellect / Organising Skills).
5) Final Interview

Phase 3. Training / Mentoring of Finalists.

b). Selection will be held at State wise/Zone wise therefore, all the candidates must be from the State concerned.
c) Selected candidates will be deployed in the State concerned only. However, placement in identified district will be at the sole discretion of NYKS.
d) No person will be deployed at their Home District.
