Eligibility	i) Officer of central govt / state govt / UTs / PSUs/ Autonomous bodies ii) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent department / organisation ii) Officer belonging to finnce & Accounts branch in various Ministries & Department of govt of India, Holding a post in the pay matrix Level-13 (GP- 8700) iii) Officer belonging to Accounts branch of Indian Army, Indian Navy and Air Force, Holding a post in pay matrix level-13 (GP- 8700) iv) Officer who may be at the end of their tenure under Central Staffing Scheme and may be interested in continuing on deputation under Non-Central Staffing Scheme (Director Level) subject to “No Objection Certificate” from DoP&T
Experience	02 year experience in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the pay matrix level-7 (PB – Rs. 9300 – 34800/- + GP Rs. 4600) OR 06 year service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the pay matrix level-6 (PB – Rs. 9300 – 34800/- + GP Rs. 4200)
Pay Scale	Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + GP 6600
