Eligibility	i) Officer of central govt / state govt / UTs / PSUs/ Autonomous bodies Holding analogous post to that of Director post in the central govt Ministries / Department ii) Officer belonging to finance & Accounts branch in various Ministries & Department of govt of India, Holding a post in the pay matrix Level-13 (GP- 8700) iii) Officer belonging to Accounts branch of Indian Army, Indian Navy and Air Force, Holding a post in pay matrix level-13 (GP- 8700) iv) Officer who may be at the end of their tenure under Central Staffing Scheme and may be interested in continuing on deputation under Non-Central Staffing Scheme (Director Level) subject to “No Objection Certificate” from DoP&T
Experience	i) Five Year experience in Administration, finance, accounts and budget related matters
Pay Scale	Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + GP 6600
