How To Apply

Applications as per prescribed format should be submitted to the office of National Health Mission, Chanpora Srinagar personally or through representative on or before 10th March, 2018 (Kashmir Office: J&K Housing Board Complex, Chanapora, Srinagar – 190015).

List of documents to be attached with the application form:
i. Date of Birth Certificate;
ii. Permanent Residence Certificate;
iii. Degree of requisite Qualification MBBS & Post Graduation;
iv. Marks sheet of all years/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the years of the of MBBS;
v. Registration Certificate of MBBS/ PG qualification issued by the Medical Council of India/ J&K State Medical Council.

Selection Process

Selection is based on personal interview. Any further information including list of short-listed candidates, date of interview, etc. shall be uploaded on the website www.jknhm.com.
