| Eligibility | (1 )Masters Degree in Sindhi Language/Literature OR Masters Degree in Linguistics with excellent knowledge of Sindhi. (2) Minimum 55% marks in the Masters Degree examination (3) In the case of Non-Ph.D candidates: Published Research/literary work in Sindhi of recognized merit. Desirable: (1) Ph.D in Sindhi. OR Ph.D in Linguistics with good knowledge of Sindhi language (2) Good knowledge of one or more Indian languages in addition to Sindhi (3) Knowledge of modern principles and techniques of lexicography. |
| Experience | (a) For Non-Ph.D Cgndidates: Ten (10) years in group ‘A’ level post OR Five (5) years in a post carrying pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 12,000-16,500/-. (b) For Ph.D Candidates: Five (5) Years in group ‘A’ level post. EXPLANATION:- “Administrative Experience” means experience as head of an academic institution (including the Head of Department in a College or University) OR Experience in administrative capacity in a Government, local body or autonomous organization, preferably connected with the area of education/languages. |

NOTE-1:- The applicants who are in Central Govt./State Govt Service/Autonomous Bodies/Union Territories or other Govt. Bodies should submit their application through Proper Channel along-with Integrity Certificate and a certificate to the effect that no disciplinary proceedings are pending or contemplated against the Officer. ACRs of the last five (5) years may also be forwarded along-with the application.
Selection Process
Selection For Human Resource Development NCPSL Director Vacancy 2018:-
* By transfer or deputation from among the officers under the Central/State Government/Universities/autonomous bodies holding analogous posts or with five (5) years service in the pre-revised Pay-Scale of Rs. 12000-16500/- with the educational qualifications given above and minimum fifteen (15) years experience in the discipline.
* The candidate selected should have a minimum period of three years of service left before superannuation age on the closing date of receipt of application. The tenure would be initially for three yearsmextendable up to five years. Retiring/Retired officers governed by State Government rules may be engaged on contract basis until 60 years of age provided they fulfil essential qualifications.
