Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent from a recognized university and must have proficiency in operation of computer matriculation examination with Punjabi
  • Age Limit( as on 01.01.2017 ): 18 years to 37 years 

Age Relaxation: 

  1.   SC: 5 years
  2.   BC/OBC: 5 years
  3. EX-SM: 3 years
  4. PHC: 10 years
  5. Widow, woman legally separated: 3 years

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination and Computer Proficiency Test, its Transcription at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively.

Application Fee: All candidates have to pay through SBI Bank Challan.

  • General/Other State Candidates: Rs. 1000
  • SC/BC/OBC/ESM (Punjab Domicile): Rs. 250
  • PH Candidates (Punjab Domicile): Rs. 500 (General)/Rs. 125 (For Reserved)

How To Apply: The online registration/filling of application forms by the applicants will consist of two steps.

  • Registration Step I: Applicant will get his/her Registration ID and password and will print, Cash Deposit Receipt‟ for deposit of fee in the designated bank (State Bank of India). Thereafter, the applicant shall deposit the requisite fee in any branch of State Bank of India

Registration Step II: After completion of Registration Step 1, applicant shall thereafter fill the remaining particulars i.e. uploading of photograph/signature, qualification and fee payment details in the form, then to “LOCK & SUBMIT” the application form
